We always work to try and reduce lead times whenever possible. If items are available in stock we can despatch your products within a few days.

The total lead time for your order depends on the manufacturers involved as lead times can vary depending on the materials and processes used. The detailed lead times for each supplier are stated on their website.

We generally aim to ensure your order can be ready within 4 - 6 weeks. We will provide you with a more accurate ready date prior to confirming your sales order.

Order Status & Tracking

The SOS team will monitor your order with each individual supplier to ensure that production remains on schedule. In the event that a problem does occur we will inform you of any changes and provide the option to revise your order if necessary.
