Source of Supply is committed to developing a high quality product supply that focusses on uniformity and consistency. With many years experience within areas ranging from medical to nuclear and with Six Sigma, Lean and ISO 9000 training, the SOS team are experienced in developing continuous improvement environments.

Our commitment does not just apply to the products we supply but also the standards of service we provide and the management of your order.

Quality Control

All orders are inspected prior to packing and all items are packed in appropriate packing materials. If you require any specific type of packaging or labelling, please let us know and we can arrange accordingly.

Problems With Your Order

Whilst we aim for zero quality problems sometimes issues can arise, especially when dealing with natural materials.

In the unlikely event that you do receive items that are not according to standard or that you receive incorrect products, please report the problem directly to the SOS team within 7 days of the shipment arriving.

In order that we can trace and help identify the cause of any problem, please quote the shipment number plus any packing identification. Photographs of the item would also help us process your problem as quickly as possible.
