Terms of Sale

The standard terms are FOB Bangkok unless otherwise stated. This means that the price includes the cost of handling and export of your goods up until the point the cargo is loaded onto the vessel.

Where other freight options are provided, e.g. Air Freight, the price will be adjusted to reflect your choice and take into account any cost increase/reduction. This will be stated at the time you select any freight options.

One of our key objectives is to develop systems that assist you in optimising your shipment as effectively as possible. If you have any questions at all regarding freight or shipping, please let us know. The Source of Supply team, which has over 12 years experience in shipping are more than happy to assist in explaining your freight options.

Minimum Order For Sea Freight

The FOB prices assume a total minimum order value of US$2,000 for all wholesale products purchased via the SOS network. This allows you the freedom to select any quantity or amount from each individual supplier and we will automatically consolidate your order.

We can of course still arrange for any shipment less than US$2,000 although a small surcharge will apply to cover the fixed costs invovled with export. These rates are as follows:

• < US$500 - $100
• US$500 - US$1,000 - $75
• US$1,000 - US$1,500 - $50
• US$1,500 - US$2,000 - $25

For other methods of shipping this minimum order charge does not apply. Actual shipping costs will be charged on top of the cost of the products. The SOS team will advise the costs prior to you confirming your order.
